As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in increasing awareness and perception of Proact as a brand. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Nordics and Baltics, you will work closely with cross-functional and cross-border teams including CFO office, Marketing, HR, Sales Enablement, and Sales Operations.

Overall responsibilities for the role:

PR and Media

• Increase the awareness and perception of Proact with key audiences, including customers, investors and future employees through external media communication channels

• Establish a continuous communication roadmap with message themes, content and activities leading to publishing in relevant industry-, business- and social media in our core markets

• Plan and execute PR strategies – Develop and implement topics and news to enhance brand reputation and visibility.

• Create and distribute press releases – Ensure clear and engaging communication based on Proact business strategy and that relevant media channels pick up messages

• Build strong relationships with the press and media representatives to ensure that the media will pick up our press releases.

• Drive the planning and content creation of M&A communication for external communication to media and investors.

• Crisis communication – Manage media together with Group Management Team in case of a crisis

• Monitor coverage – track, analyse and act on key KPIs to ensure effective communication

IR communications & IR events

• Manage and update the IR calendar, ensuring alignment with key corporate milestones.

• Serve as the system super user for the Group IR tool (currently Monitor).

• Oversee the distribution of IR-related reports to relevant stakeholders.

• Organize and coordinate investor and analyst events, ensuring smooth execution.

• Act as the main contact for external IR inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses in collaboration with Head of IR (CFO) and CEO.

• Contribute to the company’s equity story development and ensure consistency across platforms in collaboration with Head of IR (CFO).

• Provide input for the annual report, with a focus on content within “framvagn.”

• Maintain and update the IR & Corporate Governance web pages, ensuring compliance and relevance.

• Act as the system super user for the Group news wire (currently MFN).

• Keep an updated register of insider shareholders, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Internal communications and corporate internal events

• Establish an internal communications approach, plan, methods and channels that increases the communication flow, employee engagement and effectiveness of the communication.

• Responsible for coordinating and developing Proact’s internal communication including channels of distribution.

• Creating engaging content to support a clear and open communication culture.

• Support Group Management team and perform other roles in communications matters (plan, build, proofread, distribute).  

• Drive the planning and content creation of M&A communication for internal communication to Proact employees and employees of acquired companies.

• Measure, analyse and continuously improve the effectiveness of internal communication.

Key collaborators and shared responsibility include Internal Communications, M&A Communications, IR and Corporate Communications and External launches & Vender news.
